Undergraduate Program Application Information Session

WHO?
Any student that has not been formally admitted to an undergraduate emphasis area should plan to attend this session. The application process for the areas of Advertising, Public Relations, Media Production and Media and Communication Studies will be covered in detail to provide you assistance in understanding the guidelines and procedures.
WHAT?
The Department of Communication is a Limited Access program with a competitive application process for admission. Students that wish to major in a particular emphasis area within Communication must meet certain requirements in order to be considered for acceptance. The application deadline is February 1st, 2008.
WHEN?
The information session will be held on Monday, November 19th in Miller Hall, located on the 3rd floor of University Center C. The session will be led by the chair of the department as well as a number of other faculty members. Please be advised that the session will begin promptly at 6:00pm. We would encourage you to attend this session as this may give you additional assistance and time in preparing your application. However, if you are unable to attend, the Department of Communication plans to hold a similar session in January (date and time are TBA).
