Undergraduate students are assisted in choosing courses for their programs by faculty advisors and be the Department's Help Center. Program advising sheets map out the courses and options that students need to complete their studies.
Academic Interest Mapping
Mapping is the Florida State University's academic advising and monitoring system that provides students with a recommended eight semester map for each major. The map is a plan for completing the bachelor’s degree in four years in most programs. The map for each major may be viewed online from the following webpage.

Courses
The most updated course list is found from “Course Look-up” tool at Registrar Office webpage. Undergraduate students may filter the courses by selecting “Undergrad only” option from the “course level” field on the right.

Students complete university graduation checks (by appointment with the Office of Undergraduate Studies) when they have obtained ninety hours of coursework. A graduation check for the major, minor, and language proficiency requirements are also completed with faculty advisors in the semester before you plan to graduate.
