Graduate Program of Study

Each graduate student is required to create a “program of study” in consultation with her/his advisory committee prior to the end of the first semester of her/his program. “Program of Study” form gives a complete listing of the courses that student has taken, is taking, or will be taking in order to receive her/his degree. The advising sheets for each major area provide an overview of the goals and requirements, but include choices of many optional courses. Program of Study is student’s individual plan. You may find program of study forms below:

Change in Graduate Program of Study

If courses in the Program of Study are not available, or other courses are offered that student did not know about, it is possible to change Program of Study. Once the change is approved and signed by all the persons who signed the original Program of Study, the amendment will be placed in student’s file, which is kept by the Graduate Program Assistant.
